A standard zoom lens suited for ultra wide-angle to medium-range use. It can be used as close as 50cm from the subject, even at maximum focal length. Two glass aspheric lenses combine with a pair of anomalous dispersion elements, also glass, to ensure optical performance equivalent to that of a fixed focal lens. Distortion is minimized, even when used at its widest angle, allowing very natural-looking results.
