Have you thought about getting a 7000i but don't need quite that much camera? Here's a chance to get Maxxum quality and a great value. The 3000i is essentially the same camera but smaller, lighter and with a few less bells and whistles.

It still has seven different exposure modes including Manual and OTF flash AE, built-in single frame film advance and a top shutter speed of 1/1000 second.
