Cons: OK so the 17-35mm f2.8 looks bigger and cooler.

Reviews: I only use Nikon glass on my Nikon Cameras. The D700 has plenty of ISO range to easily photograph indoor available light with this f3.5-4.5 lens. At $1000.00 less than the 17-35mm f2.8 this lens is a great bargin, and takes exceptionally sharp images.
