If you are using the Coolpix 5000, attach with the UR-E5, with the 4500,995,990,950,900s,900 or 800,attach the UR-E7. Using the Coolpix 4300 or 885, attach the UR-E4, then the UR-E7. The Coolpix 880 requires the UR-E2 and UR-E7, while the Coolpix 700 requires the UR-E1 and UR-E7. All adapters are sold separately.

The focal length of the camera's lens is reduced by x0.68, maximizing lens angle when the camera is zoomed all the way out.
