Economic, automatic, compact black only body, introduced with new line of E-series lenses. Aperture priority AE only, no manual metering, centerweighted metering pattern (40/60), needle meter display, exposure compensation, AE backlight compensation, dedicated hot shoe. Shutter speed range 1 sec to 1/1000 plus B, flash sync at 1/90, self timer. ASA range 25-1600. Shutter speed settings are the only control visible in the finder, shutter set automatically, however there is one manually set mechanical shutter speed setting of 1/90. LED ready light in finder when using SBE or SB15 flash units, slow shutter speed warning and wrong f/stop warning, meter on/off switch, battery check.
