The 60mm f4 C Distagon was produced between 1962 and 1963 as Hasselblad Special Edition lens. The improved design of the 60mm f4 C replaced the 60mm f/5.6 C Distagon lens. It concerts twice the amount of light available for focusing than its predecessor, 60mm f/5.6 C Distagon. This lens employs Carl Zeiss Synchro-Compur shutter technology. The series of C lenses were developed by Hasselblad and Carl Zeiss. This lens is compatible with all 500c series bodies manufactured between 1957 and present day. On the Bulb setting it can also be with all 2000FC and 200F series focal plane cameras, with the exception of 202FA. This lens has 63mm filter thread.
