Nikon F2 manual focus single-lens-reflex camera is an improved version of the original F with shutter speeds from 1 second to 1/2000, built-in flash ready light and larger reflex mirror. Produced from 1977 to 1980, Nikon F2 Photomic A camera features improved meter with built-in TTL, full aperture, center-weighted exposure meter. This was the first Nikon to offer automatic indexing (AI) of the lens' matimum aperture. It is identified by 'F2' inscribed preceding the serial number and by a small with 'A' inscribed on the face of the meter prism.
