We recently teamed up with our friends at Third Man Records and Canon for a day all about concert photography — and it was a good one.
The day started with a gear-buying event and Canon demos at Third Man’s photo studio in Nashville. Attendees tested out Canon gear, asked questions, and even traded in or sold their old equipment on the spot with KEH. Then we hit the streets for a photo walk through the city, using that gear in real-world shooting scenarios.
We wrapped the day with a live concert photography workshop at The Blue Room, taught by Canon’s rep and featuring a real band on stage. Attendees had the chance to shoot in an authentic low-light concert setting and walk away with new tips, skills, and shots they were proud of.
Whether you came for the gear, the live music, or just to hang with fellow photographers, thanks for making it a great day!
Watch the full recap video below — and if you’re feeling inspired, explore our inventory of KEH Certified™ gear to get concert-ready. From low-light primes to fast autofocus bodies, we’ve got what you need to take the stage.
