The KEH Back-to-School Student Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by KEH Camera, located at 5080 Highlands Pkwy SE, Smyrna, GA 30082 (“Sponsor”).<\/p>\n
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are <\/span>1<\/b>8 years of age or older at the time of entry and possess a valid <\/span>.EDU email address from an accredited college or university. Faculty and educators with a valid .EDU email address are also eligible.<\/span><\/p>\n Employees of KEH Camera, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.<\/span><\/p>\n The Sweepstakes begins on July 20, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on September 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET. Entries received after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.<\/p>\n Eligible participants may submit one (1) entry during the Sweepstakes Period by completing the KEH Student Creator Survey.<\/p>\n To enter, participants must:<\/p>\n Submission of the completed survey constitutes one (1) official Sweepstakes entry.<\/span><\/p>\n No purchase is necessary to enter or win.<\/span><\/p>\n One (1) winner will receive a <\/span>$500 KEH Camera Gift Card<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n The prize is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and is subject to the terms and conditions associated with the gift card. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.<\/span><\/p>\n One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.<\/span><\/p>\n The drawing will take place on or about <\/span>September 30, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.<\/span><\/p>\n The selected winner will be contacted via the <\/span>.EDU email address provided with their survey submission.<\/span><\/p>\n The winner must respond within <\/span>seven (7) calendar days of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.<\/span><\/p>\n By submitting the Student Creator Survey, participants consent to receive marketing emails from KEH Camera. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time in accordance with applicable law.<\/span><\/p>\n If SMS enrollment is offered and selected, participants also consent to receive recurring marketing text messages from KEH Camera. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to make a purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n Information collected through the Student Creator Survey will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and in accordance with the KEH Camera Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n Survey responses may also be analyzed in aggregate to better understand student photographers and to improve future products, educational resources, events, and marketing programs.<\/span><\/p>\n By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.<\/span><\/p>\n Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.<\/span><\/p>\n The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.<\/span><\/p>\n Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.<\/span><\/p>\n By participating, entrants release and hold harmless KEH Camera, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.<\/span><\/p>\n The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
