KEH Camera is excited to launch our \u201cSpring Through Your Lens\u201d photo challenge! We\u2019re inviting our community to capture the season as you see it \u2014 the colors, the light, the details, the moments \u2014 and share it with us for a chance to win prizes for yourself and your friends.<\/span><\/p>\n

To keep things clear and fair, please review the official rules and terms below before entering:<\/span><\/p>\n

The \u201cSpring Through Your Lens\u201d Challenge (\u201cContest\u201d) is sponsored by KEH Camera, located at 5080 Highlands Pkwy SE, Smyrna, GA 30082 (\u201cSponsor\u201d).<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

1. Eligibility<\/b><\/h3>\n

The Spring Through Your Lens Challenge is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants must have an active Instagram account and follow @KEHCamera. Any friends tagged in your entry must also follow @KEHCamera to be eligible for prizes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Employees of KEH Camera, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those residing in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Platform Disclaimer<\/b><\/h3>\n

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Entry Period<\/b><\/h3>\n

The Sweepstakes runs quarterly, beginning on the first day of the month at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ending on the last day of each month at 11:59 PM ET. All entries must be submitted within this timeframe to qualify. Entries posted outside of the official entry period will not be considered.<\/span><\/p>\n

Start: Apr 1, 2026<\/span><\/p>\n

End: Apr 30, 2026<\/span><\/p>\n

4. How to Enter<\/b><\/h3>\n

Entering is simple. During the entry period, participants must complete all of the following steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • <\/span> \u00a0 <\/span>Like the official Instagram challenge post<\/span><\/li>\n
  • <\/span> \u00a0 <\/span>Share the post on your story<\/span><\/li>\n
  • <\/span> \u00a0 <\/span>Follow @KEHCamera (and ensure tagged friends also follow @KEHCamera)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • <\/span> \u00a0 <\/span>Tag two (2) friends in the comments<\/span><\/li>\n
  • <\/span> \u00a0 <\/span>Post a photo that captures your personal vision of spring. Your post must include the hashtag #KEHSpring2026 so our team can track and review submissions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Important:<\/b><\/p>\n

    Only one (1) entry per participant is permitted. Multiple posts or additional tags will not increase your chances of winning. Entries must be new content posted within the official entry period.<\/span><\/p>\n

    5. Winner Selection<\/b><\/h3>\n

    One (1) winner will be selected manually by the KEH Camera team from all eligible entries received during the entry period. Each submission will be reviewed to ensure it meets all challenge requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.<\/span><\/p>\n

    6. Prize<\/b><\/h3>\n

    The winning participant and their two (2) tagged friends will each receive:<\/span><\/p>\n

      Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or alternative items. No substitutions or exchanges will be permitted, except at the Sponsor\u2019s discretion.<\/span><\/p>\n

      7. Winner Notification<\/b><\/h3>\n

      Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message from @KEHCamera. Selected winners must respond within seven (7) days with their mailing address and email address information. If a winner does not respond within that timeframe or is deemed ineligible, KEH Camera reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.<\/span><\/p>\n

      8. General Conditions<\/b><\/h3>\n

      By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.<\/span><\/p>\n

      9. Content Rights & Publicity Release<\/b><\/h3>\n

      By submitting a photo as part of the Contest, entrants grant KEH Camera a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, repost, publish, and display the submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes, including on social media, website, email, and advertising. No compensation will be provided for the use of submitted content. Proper photo credit will be given whenever images are used.<\/span><\/p>\n

      10. Tax Obligations and Reporting<\/b><\/h3>\n

      By accepting a prize, winners acknowledge that sweepstakes winnings may be considered taxable income and are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes owed. Winners should consult a qualified tax professional for guidance regarding their individual circumstances.<\/span><\/p>\n

      11. Privacy<\/b><\/h3>\n

      Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor\u2019s Privacy Policy, available at https:\/\/www.keh.com\/shop\/terms-conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

      12. Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/h3>\n

      By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of or resulting from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.<\/span><\/p>\n

      13. Disputes<\/b><\/h3>\n

      The Contest is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes not resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.<\/span><\/p>\n

      14. Sponsor Contact<\/b><\/h3>\n

      For a copy of these Terms and Conditions or for the name of the winner, please send a request to marketing@keh.com. Requests must be received within thirty (30) days following the end of the applicable Contest Period.<\/span><\/p>\n

      15. Agreement to Receive Marketing Messages<\/b><\/h3>\n

      By entering the Contest, participants consent to receive marketing emails from Sponsor. Participants may opt out at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages.<\/span><\/p>\n

      16. Miscellaneous<\/b><\/h3>\n

      Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process.
