Essentially new with no signs of use. In manufacturer's packaging with original accessories and instructions.
Barely used with virtually no traces of wear. Only the closest inspections will reveal slight use. Perfect glass, but the box and accessories are usually not included.
Lightly used with very limited signs of wear. Exceptionally nice but may have slight wear on finish visible. Glass will be very clean.
Noticeably used with average signs of wear. Shows moderate wear for the age of the item, with the possibility of dings or blemishes. Glass may have slight blemishes but will not affect picture quality.
Frequently used with above-average wear. More than average wear for the age of the item, and may have dents, dings or finish loss. Glass may have marks or blemishes, but should not affect picture quality.
Heavily used with extensive visible wear. Equipment is rough, with multiple impressions in the finish, excessive finish loss and brassing. Glass will have marks, fungus and/or haze which could affect picture quality. Not covered under KEH warranty.
Non-functional or damaged. Equipment will not work. Usable for parts. Not covered under KEH warranty and non-returnable.

The FD 50mm F/1.2L (Aspherical) lens is an optical masterpiece that combines several advanced lensmaking techniques to achieve a rare combination of ultra high speed, superior sharpness,  color fidelity and compact dimensions.

The use of a special aspherical lens element keeps flare at an absolute minimum maintaining high contrast even at maximum aperture. High refractive index glass is also employed in this design, for superior resolution and contrast at all apertures, and a special "floating" focusing element design maintains critical resolution at all distances from infinity to close-up. Advanced Canon optical engineering has allowed all these features to be combined in a wide, 50mm focal length lens appreciably smaller and lighter than F/1.2 lenses ever available before.
