Essentially new with no signs of use. In manufacturer's packaging with original accessories and instructions.

Barely used with virtually no traces of wear. Only the closest inspections will reveal slight use. Perfect glass, but the box and accessories are usually not included.

Lightly used with very limited signs of wear. Exceptionally nice but may have slight wear on finish visible. Glass will be very clean.

Noticeably used with average signs of wear. Shows moderate wear for the age of the item, with the possibility of dings or blemishes. Glass may have slight blemishes but will not affect picture quality.

Frequently used with above-average wear. More than average wear for the age of the item, and may have dents, dings or finish loss. Glass may have marks or blemishes, but should not affect picture quality.

Heavily used with extensive visible wear. Equipment is rough, with multiple impressions in the finish, excessive finish loss and brassing. Glass will have marks, fungus and/or haze which could affect picture quality. Not covered under KEH warranty.

Non-functional or damaged. Equipment will not work. Usable for parts. Not covered under KEH warranty and non-returnable.

The Canon 1.4X EF Extender is a professional grade teleconverter designed exclusively for use with select Canon brand L-Series lenses (focal lengths over 135mm). Increasing the lens focal length by a factor of 1.4 times, Extender EF 1.4X incorporates incorporates careful lens placement and anti-reflective coatings for high quality optical performance. The converter also features a built-in microcomputer for seamless communication between camera body, lens, and extender. Extender EF 1.4X maintains high standards not only optically, but also in terms of the rugged construction pros expect. Often an integral part of a professional's kit, Extender EF 1.4X is a very practical complement to compatible* telephoto lenses.

Originally Introduced in 1988, the 1.4X EF Extender has been a staple among Canon Pros ever since. In 2001 Canon released a 1.4X EF Extender II that features some weather sealing.
