New in box complete with manufacturer's USA warranty. Not previously owned or used.
Essentially new with no signs of use. In manufacturer's packaging with original accessories and instructions.
Barely used with virtually no traces of wear. Only the closest inspections will reveal slight use. Perfect glass, but the box and accessories are usually not included.
Lightly used with very limited signs of wear. Exceptionally nice but may have slight wear on finish visible. Glass will be very clean.
Noticeably used with average signs of wear. Shows moderate wear for the age of the item, with the possibility of dings or blemishes. Glass may have slight blemishes but will not affect picture quality.
Frequently used with above-average wear. More than average wear for the age of the item, and may have dents, dings or finish loss. Glass may have marks or blemishes, but should not affect picture quality.
Heavily used with extensive visible wear. Equipment is rough, with multiple impressions in the finish, excessive finish loss and brassing. Glass will have marks, fungus and/or haze which could affect picture quality. Not covered under KEH warranty.
Non-functional or damaged. Equipment will not work. Usable for parts. Not covered under KEH warranty and non-returnable.

Reduces the excessive bluishness that frequently occurs in outdoor color photography, especially in open shade under a clear, blue sky. The absorption peak is in the range which corresponds to the film's green spectrum.
This means outstanding outdoor shots with superb color balance and clarity under all conditions. Also keeps skin tones free of colored reflections from nearby objects such as the shade of trees.
Hoya HMC (Multi-coated) are renowned for the ability to minimize light reflections on the filter surfaces to reduce ghost and flare, etc.
