Leica Macro Elmar-M 90mm f/4 is a favored short telephoto lens with a dedicated Macro Adapter M and Angel Viewfinder M. The 90mm is quite sharp wide open and enters into incredibly sharp territory when stopped down a bit. The Macro Adapter allows close focusing with the lens from 2.5 feet (76.2cm) down to 1.6 feet (48.8cm). The Angle Viewfinder displays a large, round, upright, and unreversed central section of the viewfinder image of approximately 0.3 inches. The rotatable eyepiece allows easy viewing of the subject in different situations. Updated with the 6-bit coding, thus allowing the digital M camera to read and store its information optically and to identify which lens is being utilized.
