Details

  • Y52: Only used for black and white photography. Absorbs moderately ultraviolet, violet and blue light for darkening skies. Makes clouds stand out. Filter effect 2.
  • R60: Used for black and white or infrared film. Creates strong contrast, brings out distant scenes, and is used to create night-time effect by underexposing. Filter factor: 5-6.
  • ND4X: Can be used in both black & white or color photography. Subdues all colors equally. This type of filter is useful when the subject is particularly bright.
  • O56: Only used in black and white photography. This filter has a wider absorption range than yellow filters. Produces contrast, accentuates any subject that has yellow, red, or orange predominates. Filter factor: 2-3.5
