Rollei Xenotar 80mm f/2.8 HFT PQS is a classic standard focal length for fast general purpose shooting in many areas of photography. This lens is very sharp with relatively low distortion and an attractive bokeh. Its symmetrical optical design allows it to work well reversed or with extension for close-up and macro work. The High-Fidelity Transfer (HFT) technology suppresses reflections while producing optimum color brillance. In addition, the HFT increases light transmission allowing full use of lens speed. The designated PQS (Professional Quality) produces a top speed of 1/1000sec. This lens features seven elements in six groups lens construction, 2.62-feet minimum focusing distance, 52/38° viewing angle and 80mm image circle.
