DETAILS
The compact and stylish Cyber-shot P series lets users take high quality pictures with ease by offering a host of technologies such as Clear Color Noise Reduction, Clear Luminance Noise Reduction, Multi-point Auto Focus, Multi-pattern Metering function, Twilight Portrait, MPEG Movie HQX (without audio), and Multi Burst. The DSC-P71 offers a built-in 1/1.8 inch of 3.3 megapixels (3.2 effective megapixels) sensor. The camera is powered by AA size NiMH (Nickel Metal Hydride) rechargeable batteries making it possible to operate for longer intervals in a more economical way. The DSC-P71 can provide up to 120 minutes of recording time or 2,400 shots.

Other Features
The Twilight Portrait scene mode allows users to take photos that have correct exposure of both the subject and the background. When users select this function, the shutter speed will be automatically slowed down for a long exposure to illuminate properly the main subject in the front, and expose the background beautifully.
