Description
Minox Riga. Original model made in Riga, Latvia by Valsts Electro-Techniska Fabrika (VEF) from 1937 to the spring of 1940, before the first Soviet occupation. Subminature camera with stainless steel body, weighs 4 oz, makes 8x11mm image on 9.5mm film in special cassettes. 15mm f3.5 Minostigmat lens, guillotine shutter with range of 1/2 - 1/500. Good close focusing down to 8 inches.
