The Zeiss 35mm F/2 (Loxia) Biogon T* is a manual focus prime lens designed for the Sony E-mount system, it's perfect for both videography and photography applications.  The Zeiss 35mm offers a high-speed f/2 aperture, the fastest in the Biogon family, allowing for bright viewing, even when shooting in dim light.  The solid, all-metal design, including the easy-to- grip focus ring, aperture ring, mounts, and threads provides you with the no-compromise high-end craftsmanship you expect from a top of the line lens.  With smooth and precise manual focus, the Loxia 35mm gives you the maximum control of your image while still supporting the exposure programs of your camera, including focus verification.  The Loxia line includes a unique DeClick feature, allowing you to 'declick' the aperture's locking mechanism using a de-click tool and an adjustment screw on the bayonet surface.  Use the De-clicked aperture to smoothly eliminate unwanted differences in brightness as you pan the camera while recording video.
