This standard Ziess C Sonnar 50mm f/1.5 ZM is a compact, yet classic ultra fast standard lens. Its standard focal length offers special qualities, which make it well suited for portraiture and documenting authentic events and people. Flare and ghosting are controlled by Ziess T* anti-reflection coating. The aperture produces a beautiful bokeh which reflects the ambiance of the golden age of rangefinder photography. The focusing mechanism allows for smooth, precise focusing without play, thus supporting the intuitive interaction with the focal plane.
