KEH will pay for ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States via a free shipping label provided with your recent purchase. If we receive your items and none are eligible for payment by KEH, the Purchasing Department will reach out to you to determine whether you want to recycle your gear or if you want us to send it back to you. If we are unable to reach you after 3 tries or should you not include your contact information in the package, we will assume you want to recycle or donate your gear.
