  • What if I need to return my product?
    If you return your gear, KEH Camera returns the money you paid for the protection plan. Depending on how much time has passed since your purchase, Extend may issue a pro-rated refund.
  • How many times can I use the Extend Protection Plan?
    You can file claims for covered failures or accidental damage and receive repairs up to the limit of a 1-time replacement of a like or comparable product. Customers can repair this device until the number of times and cost of the repair reaches the Limit of Liability as defined in the terms and conditions.
  • Are protection plans available for purchase Internationally?
    Plans are available only in the 50 United States and is not available for international purchases.
  • Where is my contract ID?
    An email will be sent by Extend after purchasing a protection plan that details:
