Tamron 70-300mm f/4-5.6 Di LD Macro lens is chassis for optimal handling ease and portability. The 70-300mm is suitable for handheld shooting with full-frame and APS-C format SLRs. The lens employs internal surface coatings and multi-layer coating technology to minimize flare and ghosting. The LD (low dispersion) glass elements compensates for chromatic aberrations while reducing light fall-off at the corners. It has a close focus distance of 1.5m with a maximum magnification ratio of 1:2. Its macro function maintains an extended subject-to-lens working distance.
