The Zeiss 135mm F/2 APO Sonnar ZF.2 is a full-frame medium telephoto lens designed for the Nikon F-mount system and makes for the perfect portrait, wedding, and event lens.

The Zeiss 135mm offers a high-speed f/2 aperture allowing for a shallow depth of field and bright viewing, even when shooting in dim light.  The all metal full-frame lens is designed to ensure consistent imaging performance throughout the entire focusing range.  The smooth manual focus system utilizes a high-quality metal focusing ring with 268° of rotation for accurate fine-tuning.  Zeiss ZF.2 lenses are manual focus F-Mount lenses that are Nikon AI, AIS, & AI-P autoexposure compatible; they feature aperture rings that can be locked and electronic cpu contacts that convey lens setting and information to the camera.

With special anomalous partial dispersion glass and floating elements, this well executed apochromat lens design exhibits minimal chromatic aberrations and produces rich, vibrant images which are almost completely free of ghosting and reflections.
