The KEH Back-to-School Student Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by KEH Camera, located at 5080 Highlands Pkwy SE, Smyrna, GA 30082 (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and possess a valid .EDU email address from an accredited college or university. Faculty and educators with a valid .EDU email address are also eligible.

Employees of KEH Camera, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on July 20, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on September 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET. Entries received after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

Eligible participants may submit one (1) entry during the Sweepstakes Period by completing the KEH Student Creator Survey.

To enter, participants must:

• Provide their first and last name.
• Provide a valid .EDU email address.
• Complete all required survey questions.
• Agree to the Official Sweepstakes Rules.

Submission of the completed survey constitutes one (1) official Sweepstakes entry.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $500 KEH Camera Gift Card.

The prize is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and is subject to the terms and conditions associated with the gift card. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will take place on or about September 30, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted via the .EDU email address provided with their survey submission.

The winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Marketing Communications

By submitting the Student Creator Survey, participants consent to receive marketing emails from KEH Camera. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time in accordance with applicable law.

If SMS enrollment is offered and selected, participants also consent to receive recurring marketing text messages from KEH Camera. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to make a purchase.

Privacy

Information collected through the Student Creator Survey will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and in accordance with the KEH Camera Privacy Policy.

Survey responses may also be analyzed in aggregate to better understand student photographers and to improve future products, educational resources, events, and marketing programs.

General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.

Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless KEH Camera, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

Disputes

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Georgia.

Miscellaneous

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.
