KEH Stories: Erik Kenmore

Every employee here at KEH has a story to tell and it’s our job to share it with you  – our customers! We are excited to re-launch KEH Stories, to give you an inside look to learn more about the KEH Camera team. Check out #KEHSpotlight each month where we’ll be showcasing new team members.  This month we interviewed one of our Sales Representatives,  Erik Kenmore! In February 2018, Erik was named our Customer Loyalty Top Team Member.

 

How long have you been a KEH employee?

2 years in July

What excites you most about working at KEH?

 The amount of photographic equipment that KEH has. I am like a kid in a candy store!

What is your role(s)?

Sales and Customer Support teams

Why is KEH a great place to work?

KEH has a very laid back atmosphere, friendly employees and a fun industry to work in!

What’s special about the customer experience at KEH?

We can offer so much to the customer. Between our products, product knowledge and the fact that every employee loves the photographic industry.

How does your role at KEH help support our vision/mission?

Being that I have been in the photographic industry for over 20 years, I am able to offer product knowledge, suggestions, and solutions to our customer’s needs.

Are you a photographer?

I’m a casual shooter.

Do you have other special talents or hobbies?

I am a huge baseball fan, as is my wife and my two teenage daughters. The Atlanta Braves are my favorite team ( being a true Atlanta native).  I also spend a lot of time on the softball field. My youngest daughter plays travel softball; the family and I spend more or less most weekends at different softball complexes across the state of Georgia.
