The Canon 5d is pro level, full-frame DSLR with a lot of great features. It has a magnesium alloy weather sealed body that houses a 12.8 MP Full-Frame CMOS Sensor. The viewfinder is large and shows the camera's 9 AF points. It also features a burst rate of 3fps for catching a little bit of action as well. On the back there is a good 2.5'' 230,000 dot LCD screen which is good for looking at recent pictures and navigating menus. Its a great camera for all types of photography work.

The Canon EOS 5D is a 12.8 Megapixel D-SLR combining a full frame CMOS sensor with a lightweight, compact magnesium alloy body. Weighing just 810 grams, it features a second generation 35.8 x 23.9 mm CMOS sensor, 3 frame per second, 60 Large JPEG frame burst and 0.2 second start up time operation.
