The Canon 60D is a mid-range APS-C sized DSLR that has a lot of good features. It has a aluminum and polycarbonate body that houses the 18 MP APS-C CMOS sensor. It is capable of 5.3 fps continuous burst which is perfect for moderate action. There are 9 AF points (all cross-type) in the viewfinder which is more than enough to get the job done. On the back there is a 3.0'', 1,040,000 dot fully articulated screen which is perfect for navigating through menus and looking at recent photos. It is a great all around camera for the ametuer or enthusiat shooter.
