The camera runs on a rechargeable NP-30 Li-ion battery designed to maximize power efficiencies, and an AC adapter is also available. The camera uses Fujifilm's xD-Picture CardT storage media. A 512MB card can hold up to 409 5-megapixel (normal) images for the FinePix F450. A Picture Cradle is available for easy downloading, battery recharging and for use in PC-cam mode.
