The Fujifilm X100 is a premium compact digital camera loaded with features and a large APS-C CMOS sensor; it's a highly portable take anywhere fixed lens camera perfect for anyone seeking really great images.

The X100 id equipped with the world's first Hybrid Viewfinder, which allows you to switch between optical and electronic options, allowing accurate real-time bright frame manual focusing like you'd experience in a classic rangefinder while also enabling use the electronic viewfinder system incorporated in most compact or mirrorless digital cameras.

The camera was built to be used, with intuitive classic dials for exposure compensation and shutter speeds, an on-lens aperture ring and a precision-milled focusing ring.  The rear of the body was laid out with quick access to the common features you demand.

Equipped with a fast bright 23mm f/2 lens (35mm equivalent), the Fujifilm X100 produces remarkable edge-to-edge sharpness and clarity.  Designed with an aspherical lens and eight elements covered with EBC (Electron Beam Coating, also used for Fujinon broadcasting video lenses), the Fujifilm X100 gives extremely clear images with reduced ghosting and flare while the 9-blade aperture gives pleasingly beautiful bokeh.  The EXR Processor equipped sensor increases the abilities of the X100 by allowing an extended ISO range from 200 up to 6400 for continued fast performance at 5fps in low light conditions.  The use of the built-in ND filter, on the other hand, allows the same outstanding performance in the brightest of conditions, especially when paired with the fast 1/4000 sec. Nearly silent shutter.

Get creative with Fujifilm X100's advanced film simulation, including: Velvia, Provia and Astia color reversal film emulsions as well as a Monochrome Mode that can be fine-tuned with R/Ye/G filter settings.
