When a 35mm lens is not quite wide enough and a 24mm lens stretches the edges a bit too much, the 28mm f2.8 Elmarit-M is there to put things in proper perspective. Useful for street scenes, landscapes, travel scenics and candids, it has remarkable detail holding capabilities in the closer focusing ranges. If your photographic vision is somewhat adventurous this might be a good choice for a primary lens.
