In 1980, after a 20 year gap in the production of a medium telephoto M-series lens, Leica satisfied the demands of its users by introducing the 75 f1.4 Summilux-M. Especially hailed by pros who often found themselves in low-light sports or theater environments, it was also welcomed as being strongly suited for wide-aperture portraiture. A terrific combination of focal length and speed you'll give it a hearty welcome into your Leica system as well. Availible accessories include vented lens shade 12539 and 60mm filters.
