Nikkor 35mm f/2.5 is a standard lens for the Nikonos series. The 35mm lens can be used on land and underwater to a depth of 50m (160ft). Nikon Integrated Coat (NIC) is applied to the internal air-to-glass surfaces to minimize ghosting and flare. Its lens elements are sealed with a watertight front element. The lens barrel features a special spring-loaded mount to guarantee accurate alignment of the lens with the camera body - regardless of the current water pressure.
