Repair Price Guide
All KEH repairs begin with a professional inspection once the applicable starting repair rate has been approved.
- Collector Gear: You receive a formal quote before work begins.
- Standard Repairs: The repair to be completed at the approved rate. If major part is needed, we will re-estimate the price and contact you.
- Declined Re-estimate: $100 bench fee and return shipping.
- Not Repairable: Returned at no charge.

*If the item(s) was purchased from KEH Camera and is still within our 180-day warranty, please contact our sales team at 770-333-4200.
*Equipment submitted may be damaged, vintage, or fragile. Standard diagnostics, disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, firmware updates, or repairs could worsen existing issues or cause new problems, including mechanical, electronic, or corrosion-related failures. You must accept these risks and release KEH, its employees, and contractors from liability for any damage that occurs during inspection or repair, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
*If payment is not received in full within ninety (90) days of repair completion, KEH reserves the right to retain and absorb the equipment into its inventory without further notice.

* Refused repairs or re-estimates will incur a $100 bench fee and return shipping costs.
*If approval is not received within 30 days of the issued estimate, KEH will return all equipment and assumes no liability past the 30-day period.
*We do not currently accept any international repairs.

How long do repairs take?
Most repairs are completed within 2–3 weeks, depending on parts availability and repair complexity.
What if major parts are required?
You will receive a revised estimate before we proceed.
Is there a repair warranty?
Yes. All KEH repairs include a 180-day warranty beginning on the date the repair is completed.
What if my gear cannot be repaired?
If we are unable to repair your equipment, it will be returned to you at no charge.
