  • Ground: Order by 3 pm ET on Friday, 12/12
  • Express (2-Day): Order by 3 pm ET on Wednesday, 12/17
  • Overnight: Order by 3 pm ET on Friday, 12/19

Ground Shipping

Orders placed with ground shipping, or flat-rate shipping are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Company holidays may delay order shipment.

* Orders over $75 qualify for free ground shipping. This offer is for US orders only, and it excludes shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico have the following shipping rates:

  • Ground: $49.95
  • 2nd Day Air: $59.95
  • Next Day Air: $69.95

Expedited Shipping

Orders placed with expedited shipping are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST, or outside of our business days (Monday-Friday) will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery timeframes for FedEx (Mon-Fri, federal holidays excluded):

  • FedEx Standard Overnight: Delivery by end of next business day
  • FedEx 2Day: Delivery within 2 business days

International Shipping

International orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays). Due to customs procedures, shipping times may be longer than domestic orders.

The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges levied by their country's customs department. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing an order.

Shipping Insurance

We self-insure all prepaid labels used for orders and quotes against loss or damage during transit up to the value of the order. This means that in the rare event your package is lost or damaged, we will work with you to resolve the issue, based on our discretion and investigation.

Signature Requirement

A signature may be required upon delivery for orders exceeding $1500, or orders being shipped to an apartment, suite, or business.

If you wish to waive the signature requirement, you must contact our customer service immediately after placing your order, before it ships. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but it is not guaranteed.

* Please be aware that waiving a signature requirement releases KEH from liability for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Once a package has shipped with a signature requirement, it cannot be removed due to FedEx’s security restrictions. If you are unable to be present for delivery, you may be able to arrange to re-direct your order to a FedEx hold location for pick-up by contacting our customer service team directly with your order number or tracking number.

FedEx Hold Locations

To request that your package be held at a FedEx location, you can manage this directly through the checkout process on our website. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service team, and we can make the request on your behalf.

To pick up a package at a FedEx Hold Location, you will need a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver's license, passport) that matches the name on the shipping label, as well as the tracking number. FedEx will typically hold packages for 5 business days before returning them to the sender.

Issues with Delivery?

If you experience an issue with your delivery (e.g., package marked delivered but not received, damaged package, significant delays), please contact our Customer Support team immediately at [email protected] or 1-800-342-5534.

We will typically respond to your inquiry within 1 business day and will keep you informed throughout the investigation process. Investigations with carriers can take anywhere from 5-7 business days or longer depending on the complexity of the issue.

As we self-insure our shipments, KEH is responsible for initiating and managing claims with the shipping carrier. We will work directly with you to find a resolution.

USPS Shipping

USPS shipping is primarily used for deliveries to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes, as FedEx and other private carriers often cannot deliver to these locations.

If your shipping address falls into one of the categories above, USPS will be the default shipping option. For other domestic addresses, USPS shipping is generally not a guaranteed option. Please contact our customer service team before placing your order if you believe USPS is the only viable option for your address, and we will advise on availability.
