I fell in love with photography as a high school student when I borrowed my mom’s camera, a Canon AE-1. After high school, I attended Sam Houston State University where I earned a B.A. in Photography. I initially worked as a Photo Editor and Studio Photographer. I have opened and closed my own wedding photography business, but finally found my passion 8 years ago when I started teaching high school photography. Currently, I run a large photography program at a local high school where I have the privilege to inspire and create with the next generation of artists.
