KEH Camera Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

1. Sponsor The KEH Camera Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by KEH Camera, located at 5080 Highlands Pkwy SE, Smyrna, GA 30082, (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Selected winners must be subscribed to receive KEH marketing communications with a valid email address. Employees of KEH Camera, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those residing in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period The Sweepstakes runs monthly, beginning on the first day of each month at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ending on the last day of each month at 11:59 PM ET.
4. How to Enter Participants are limited to two (2) entries per person per month. Entries can be earned by:
   1. Subscribing to KEH marketing communications with a valid email address for the first time. Subsequent subscriptions will not be counted.
   2. Answering all questions in the Photographer Profile survey within 30 days of invitation. This form of entry is by invitation only. Participants must click the survey link sent to them for their email address to be recognized and counted.
5. Winner Selection One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will take place on or about the 5th day of the following month. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Prize Each monthly winner will receive one (1) $500KEH Camera gift code. Gift codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Gift codes must be used within one (1) year of receipt or will expire. No substitutions or exchanges will be permitted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
7. Winner Notification Winners will be notified via the email address and phone number provided during sign-up within five (5) business days of the drawing. Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected.
8. General Conditions By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
9. Tax Obligations and Reporting By accepting the prize, winners acknowledge that the sweepstakes winnings may be considered taxable income and are responsible for any taxes owed. Winners should consult a tax professional for guidance.
10. Publicity Release By accepting the prize, winners agree to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation or consent, except where prohibited by law.
11. Privacy Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.keh.com/shop/terms-conditions.
12. Limitation of Liability By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
13. Disputes The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes not resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
14. Sponsor Contact For a copy of these Terms and Conditions or the name of the winner, please send a request to [email protected]. Requests must be received within thirty (30) days following the end of the applicable Sweepstakes Period.
15. Agreement to Receive Marketing Messages By entering the Sweepstakes, participants consent to receive marketing emails and SMS messages from Sponsor. Standard message and data rates may apply. Participants may opt-out at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages.
16. Miscellaneous Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
