Promotional Offers

Discounts apply to product cost only and are not applicable to taxes, repairs, quote cost, or shipping. Not valid for gift cards, cash or cash equivalent. Cannot be combined with other offers. Free Shipping

We offer free standard ground shipping on qualifying orders of $75 or more. Free standard ground shipping excludes Hawaii, Alaska, APO, and/or international addresses.

Affirm Financing

Subject to credit approval. Rates from 10-30% APR for 3, 6, and 12-month terms based on creditworthiness. Previous purchases are ineligible for offer. For purchases under $100, limited payment options are available. Credit check may be required. Affirm loans are made by Cross River Bank, a New Jersey-chartered bank, Member FDIC. Sell Your Gear Quotes

If we receive your items and none are eligible for payment by KEH, the Purchasing Department will reach out to you to determine whether you want to recycle your gear or if you want us to send it back to you. If we are unable to reach you after 3 tries or should you not include your contact information in the package, we will assume you want to recycle or donate your gear. If you sell your gear to KEH and you elect to receive your payment via a KEH gift card, the value of your gift card will be 5% more than your standard quoted price. If you select the Accept Price feature and your item(s) is found to be in a lower condition than quoted, but within the accepted range, payment will be automatically issued via the selected option.

Front Door Pickup

Quotes submitted within the contiguous United States are eligible to receive a prepaid FedEx shipping label. At this time, the prepaid FedEx shipping label is not valid if shipping from Hawaii, Alaska, APO or international addresses. To arrange Front Door Pickup please contact our team at 1-800-DIAL-KEH. Free Front Door Pickup is only available inside the contiguous United States and requires a KEH quote offer of $300.00 or greater.
