This lens is perfect for street, portrait, architecture, and landscape photography. It contains 2 aspheric and 3 low dispersion elements as well as Fuji's EBC (Electron Beam Coating) providing superior optical performance. With a maximum aperture of f/2.8, it's bright and you can still have great background blur, even at such a wide focal length. The 35mm equivalent focal length of this lens is 21mm.
