The Hasselblad 28mm f/4 HCD (Hasselblad part# 3023028) is an ultra-wide-angle lens designed exclusively for Hasselblad H system cameras using a high resolution digital back.  The 28mm f/4 HCD is optimized for 48x36mm (or smaller) sensors. 

This well corrected retro focus optical design consists of 12 fully multi-coated elements in 9 groups that produce a field of view equivalent to a 35mm format 19.5mm lens.  The generous field of view opens up tremendous possibilities along with a respectable 0.35m (13.8 inches) close focus distance and considerable depth of field when stopped down.  A responsive built-in focus motor provide fast autofocus with full time manual focus override via a large comfortable grip for painless manual adjustments.

A newer 'orange square' (Hasselblad part # 3026028) version is now available featuring a faster top shutter speed of 1/2000s, however since both models are otherwise identical this original version remains a popular value.
