The innovative Mamiya 7 is an interchangeable-lens rangefinder 6x7 format film camera that offers easier handling and transport than competing LR options. In addition to a convenient form factor the Mamiya 7 has been a standout in medium format for it's unsurpassed image quality thanks to huge film area coupled with ULD lenses ranging from ultra-wide to telephoto. The Mamiya 7 is an ideal camera for landscapes or anyone wanting maximum detail and image enlargement capability.
Originally introduced in 1995 the Mamiya 7 benefits from the company's extensive experience with rangefinder and medium format camera production. In 1999 Mamiya introduced an updated version the Mamiya 7II with refinements to the exposure compensation control and a new color options.
