Nikon Corporation introduced the wireless Remote Speedlight SB-R200 November 1, 2005. The SB-R200 Speedlight is a small, portable wireless remote unit for Nikon Advanced Wireless Lighting system. The output levels of the SB-R200 remote Speedlight units are controlled by the Commander SU-800.
The SB-R200 provides a guide number of 10/33 at ISO 100 and 14/46 at ISO 200. The speedlight can be attached to the front of the lens by using the attachment ring SX-1, hand held operation, or positioned by using the Speedlight Stand AS-20. The SB-R200 supports i-TTL and functions only as a remote speedlight unit. The SB-R200 was designed to provide an array of wireless multiple flash and close-up photography.
