It has a superior 1:4 (at 200mm) macro magnification. The 28-300 promises beautiful image quality with soft natural tones and with natural depth of expression. The lens features extra refractive index (XR) glass element reducing the optical length of the lens through refractivity and improving the overall optical power distribution, minimizin all types of aberrations.
