The Tokina SD 70-210mm f/4-5.6 is a telephoto zoom lens with Macro capabilities. This 70-210mm is designed for Nikon F mount cameras with AIS capabilities (the AIS feature indicates the lens has a prong that will meter couple to older Nikon 35mm manual focus SLR cameras and internal modifications to allow AIS lenses faster and more accurate shutter priority and programmed exposures by way of linear aperture movement). The multi-coated lens employs a push-pull type, thus the focal length is changed by pushing or pulling the focusing ring and the lens length is changing at the same time. Its multi-coating reduces flare and ghosting while producing sharp images. Macro (1:4) scale photos are produced at 210mm focal lengths.
