Free Shipping

We offer free standard ground shipping on qualifying orders of $75 or more. Free standard ground shipping excludes Hawaii, Alaska, APO, and/or international addresses.

Affirm Financing

Subject to credit approval. Rates from 10-30% APR for 3, 6, and 12-month terms based on creditworthiness. Previous purchases are ineligible for offer. For purchases under $100, limited payment options are available. Credit check may be required. Sell Your Gear Quotes

By selling equipment to KEH Camera, the seller affirms that they are the rightful owner and have legal authority to transfer ownership. The seller further affirms that the equipment was not obtained unlawfully. KEH Camera relies on the seller’s representations and is not liable for purchasing stolen property unless it knew or reasonably should have known the property was stolen. False statements may result in criminal or civil penalties. KEH Camera reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement if stolen property is identified.

If we receive your items and none are eligible for payment by KEH, the Purchasing Department will reach out to you to determine whether you want to recycle your gear or if you want us to send it back to you. If we are unable to reach you after 3 tries or should you not include your contact information in the package, we will assume you want to recycle or donate your gear. If you select the Accept Price feature and your item(s) is found to be in a lower condition than quoted, but within the accepted range, payment will be automatically issued via the selected option.

Quotes submitted within the contiguous United States are eligible to receive a prepaid FedEx shipping label. At this time, the prepaid FedEx shipping label is not valid if shipping from Hawaii, Alaska, APO or international addresses. To arrange Front Door Pickup please contact our team at 1-800-DIAL-KEH. Free Front Door Pickup is only available inside the contiguous United States and requires a KEH quote offer of $300.00 or greater.

Better Trade™ by KEH

Each trade voucher may contain value for the appraised value assigned to the product traded-in by the customer (“trade value”) and/or the value of any bonus granted by KEH pursuant to any program it operates (“trade bonus”). The voucher is single-use, but if you don’t spend the full amount in one transaction, a new voucher will automatically be emailed to you for the remaining balance. The 90- day redemption window restarts with each new voucher. You have 90 days from issuance to use your trade voucher. After that, any remaining trade value will be converted to a cash payment. The trade value of your gear is applied first when redeeming a voucher. The trade bonus amount can only be used after the full trade value has been applied. To receive the entire trade bonus, your full voucher amount must be used toward a KEH pre-owned product purchase. You can exchange your voucher for cash at any time and receive the remaining balance of the trade value (but not the trade bonus). Any trade bonus balance will be forfeited when opting for cash.

Manufacturer trade-in offers are managed and funded by the manufacturer. Eligibility, bonus amounts, qualifying products, and qualification process are determined solely by the manufacturer and may change without notice. KEH facilitates participation but is not responsible for manufacturer policies, program availability, or decisions on the qualification for such bonus. KEH is not liable to any party as respects any aspect of a program offered by a manufacturer or non-KEH party.

KEH reserves the right to change the terms of participation in, or the requirements of its customers as respects, or to end any of the aspects of its trade program, trade bonus program, or participation in manufacturer programs at any time. All offers are subject to inspection and verification of your items.

Repair

By submitting your equipment for service, you acknowledge that it may be vintage, fragile, or previously damaged, and that standard repair procedures such as diagnostics, disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, firmware updates, or parts replacement may aggravate existing issues or result in new mechanical, electronic, or corrosion-related failures. You expressly assume all such risks and agree to release and hold harmless KEH Camera, its employees, agents, and contractors from any liability for damage incurred during inspection or repair, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. All repairs include a 180-day warranty covering parts and labor for the original issue repaired. This warranty does not cover new or unrelated issues, damage caused by impact, moisture, or misuse, or any tampering or repair performed by a third party. If a warranty issue arises, KEH will, at its discretion, re-perform the repair or refund the repair cost. Payment is due in full at completion of repair. Items not paid for or retrieved within 90 days of repair completion, or not approved for repair within 30 days of the estimate, may be considered abandoned and disposed of at KEH’s discretion.

By submitting your equipment, you agree to these terms and authorize KEH to perform diagnostics and repairs as approved. You acknowledge that repairs may void manufacturer warranties, that KEH is not responsible for pre-existing damage or data loss, and that KEH’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the repair. Any personal data or digital content discovered on your equipment, such as memory cards, will remain confidential and will not be accessed, copied, or stored. We strongly recommend removing all personal data before sending in your gear. 

KEH may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website and in-store, and continued use of our repair services constitutes agreement to the latest terms.

Legal Compliance

You may not use our website or our services to sell or purchase products or engage in other activities if you are the subject of U.S. sanctions or other applicable sanctions of other countries to the extent consistent with U.S. law. You must comply with all U.S. or other export and re-export restrictions that may apply to goods, software, technology, and services. You represent, warrant and covenant that you have not and will not cause KEH or its affiliates to be in violation of any applicable state, federal, domestic, foreign, or international anti-corruption, anti-bribery, anti-kickback, anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist financing, export control, sanctions, embargo, import control, customs, tax, or other law, regulation, government or executive order, or judicial or administrative decision or determination.

Collection of Information: We collect various formation on our behalf from and about you, including information you directly provide when you use the Messaging Service. For example, we collect the phone number and/or email address you provided when signing up for the Messaging Service. When you send messages via the Messaging Service, we will also collect your messaging history and any information included in those messages. We may also collect information about you using cookies or similar technologies. Cookies are pieces of information that are stored by your browser on the hard drive or memory of your device. Cookies enable personalization of your experience on the Messaging Service. For example, we use cookies to track the items in your Shopping Cart and may use that information to send you triggered text campaigns (e.g., sending you personalized text messages such as shopping cart reminders). No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
